Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in crafting and packaging each candle. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unburned
- In perfect condition
- Returned in their original packaging
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been opened, used, or altered.
Return shipping
A flat return fee of €10.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the return shipping fee.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
